Ripcorde developed an innovative Bluetooth-enabled jump rope, but great hardware alone wasn't enough to stand out or keep users motivated. They needed a mobile app that connects seamlessly with the rope to turn a simple workout into a complete fitness experience offering guided workouts, real-time tracking, and features that keep users coming back.

We designed and built a connected fitness platform that seamlessly integrates with the smart jump rope, combining reliable BLE connectivity with engaging workout modes, live performance tracking, progress analytics, and personalized training experiences. The Athlete App connects with the RIPCORDE smart jump rope via Bluetooth to deliver a connected training experience with real-time performance tracking.
Athletes can choose from freestyle, time attack, countdown drills, and 20+ guided workout programs, while detailed analytics track jumps, calories, workout duration, and performance. Workout history helps users monitor their progress over time, while smart notifications and reminders encourage consistent training.

Admin Platform
The Admin App provides a centralized platform for managing the RIPCORDE fitness ecosystem, with a real-time analytics dashboard for monitoring workout and device activity. Administrators can create structured workouts using a multi-step workout builder, configure rounds and rest timers, and create video-based exercises with flexible exercise management and drag-and-drop reordering. The platform also provides exercise status, user and device management, and reporting controls, giving administrators the tools to manage and monitor the connected fitness experience.

Smart Rope Bluetooth Connection
The RIPCORDE smart jump rope connects to the mobile app via Bluetooth, allowing users to pair their device and select from available workout modes. Once connected, users can configure their rope weight and workout duration, start their session, and receive live performance data while workout history is automatically recorded.
