Our story
How Bitflow began
That frustration is exactly where Bitflow started. Two top-rated freelance product strategist-engineers, who met working across Fiverr and Upwork, chose to stop trading hours for tasks and instead build a small, outcome-focused studio. What began as paired freelance projects grew into a deliberate practice: spend time up front to understand the problem, then design and build the system that actually runs the business — not just the app customers see.
We've kept the team intentionally small — now five people: two founders, two engineers, and a designer. That decision isn't about cost, it's about clarity. When founders work directly with the people building your product, decisions happen faster, accountability is clearer, and the product stays close to the original business goal.

Tanzeel Ur Rehman
As Co-Founder and Head of Product, I architect the software blueprint and development roadmap for Bitflow, turning scattered tools and manual steps into one connected system across healthcare and beyond. My deepest experience is in healthcare, where I've helped med spas, mobile IV therapy operators, and in-home healthcare teams move away from manual scheduling, patient intake, and disconnected documentation. As a HIPAA-trained Business Associate, I design software with the technical safeguards HIPAA requires so the client's operation stays compliant and in their control from day one

Muhammad Ejaz Ullah
As Co-Founder and Head of Technology, I lead the technical architecture and delivery behind everything Bitflow builds. Most businesses I work with face the same problem: what worked when they were small like spreadsheets, manual coordination, and repetitive tasks Now starts to break as they grow. I build systems that replace those processes, from staff, inventory, and scheduling to customer workflows that no longer depend on the founder doing everything by hand. When no-code tools hit their limits, I build custom solutions and stay involved through delivery to make sure the system fits how the business actually runs.

Muhammad Zain
As a Full-Stack Engineer at Bitflow, I build SaaS products from architecture to production. I specialize in React, Next.js, TypeScript, Node.js, FastAPI, and microservices, with hands-on ownership across product engineering, cloud infrastructure, CI/CD, and real-time systems. I've led end-to-end delivery for multiple SaaS products, with a focus on system performance, caching and query optimization, and product improvements that measurably increase user engagement.

As a Full-Stack Mobile Engineer at Bitflow, I build and ship production-grade mobile products from architecture to deployment. I specialize in Flutter, React Native, Node.js, NestJS, PostgreSQL, Firebase, Supabase, and AWS, with 4+ years of experience across healthcare, property platforms, ride-hailing, e-commerce, and ERP systems having shipped applications on both the App Store and Google Play.

Imran Mansha
As a Product Designer at Bitflow, I shape digital products from early concepts to polished user experiences. I've designed across healthcare, education, fitness, blockchain, tourism, food, media, VPN, and browser technologies, bringing a strong understanding of both user needs and business goals from information architecture and UX flows to high-fidelity interfaces, prototyping, responsive systems, and UI interactions.
