In-home care requires coordinated clinical and operational workflows.
Healthcare agencies must coordinate physician-approved orders, assign the right nurse, schedule visits, verify treatments, document every clinical action, track inventory, maintain audit trails, and prepare records for regulatory reviews.
Once a visit is scheduled, nurses need timely access to patient information, treatment instructions, visit details, and clinical history while working in the field. Administrators also need visibility into visit status, documentation, inventory usage, and completed care.
As NowHealthGroup prepared to launch its in-home healthcare services, it needed to establish the digital workflows required to coordinate nurses, patient visits, clinical documentation, inventory, and operational records from day one.

A dedicated mobile workspace for managing in-home patient visits.
Based on the discovery process, we identified that NowApp needed to support the complete nurse journey rather than simply provide access to patient information. Nurses needed one reliable place to receive assignments, review patient and treatment details, manage visits, document care, and complete required records while working in the field.
NowApp was developed as the nurse-facing application within the AllMedsNow ecosystem, with these workflows at its core. The product was designed to keep critical information accessible throughout the visit while providing a structured foundation for secure, consistent, and scalable care delivery.
